RasTech is a website development and managed hosting business operating in Aruba. RasTech is the data controller for information submitted through this website.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you enter into the contact form on this site:

• Name — so we know who we are replying to.
• Business name — to understand the context of your enquiry.
• Email address — to reply to you.
• Phone number — optional, if you prefer to be called.
• Plan of interest — which service you are asking about, if you tell us.
• Message — the details of your enquiry.

The form also contains a hidden field used to detect automated spam submissions. It is not visible to you and collects no personal information.

We do not ask for, store, or process payment card details on this website. We do not knowingly collect information from children. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not use your information for advertising or profiling.

3. How We Use It

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation where relevant, and keep a record of our correspondence. Analytics information, where you have consented to it, is used only to understand in aggregate how visitors find and move through this site.

4. Third-Party Processors

We use the following providers to operate this website. Each processes data on our behalf, and each may process it outside Aruba:

• Cloudflare — hosting and global edge delivery. Cloudflare processes technical request data such as IP address, approximate country, browser type, and request logs in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
• Resend — delivery of contact form submissions to our inbox by email. The information you enter in the form passes through Resend for that purpose.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — aggregate website statistics. Analytics is loaded only if you accept analytics cookies. If you decline, or have not yet chosen, no Google Analytics code is loaded and no data is sent to Google.

We do not use advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or marketing automation tools on this website.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

This site uses a small amount of browser storage. Two categories apply:

• Essential storage— we store your cookie choice so you are not asked again, and a single session value that ensures the site's intro animation plays only once per visit. These are required for the site to function as intended and are not used to track you.
• Analytics cookies (optional) — set by Google Analytics to measure visits in aggregate. These are set only after you accept, and never before.

You can change your decision at any time using cookie settings, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

6. How Long We Keep It

We keep contact form correspondence for up to twenty-four (24) months from our last contact with you, after which it is deleted unless you have become a client.

Where you become a client, records relating to the engagement are retained for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as required to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Analytics information is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics and is held in aggregate form.

7. Requesting Access or Deletion

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] from the address you contacted us with, or tell us which enquiry the request relates to, and we will respond within thirty (30) days.

We will delete what we are not required to keep for legal, tax, or accounting reasons, and will tell you if anything must be retained.

8. Security

This site is served over HTTPS and hosted on Cloudflare's network. We apply commercially reasonable measures to protect information submitted to us, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
